1. Who is responsible
AI Survival Protocol is responsible for personal information handled through this website and the sale and delivery of the ebook. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
The legal operator’s full trading details must also be displayed in the Terms and at checkout before purchases are accepted.
2. Information we handle
Website visits
The website code does not identify or track visitors. The web-hosting or security provider may process standard request and security information, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, referring page, and security events, to deliver and protect the website.
Risk test
Your five answers and score stay in the active page in your browser. They are not sent to us, written to cookies, or placed in local or session storage.
Contact and support
If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, message, and relevant order details.
Purchases
When checkout is enabled, the checkout and payment providers may collect contact, billing, country, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information. We should receive only the information needed to fulfil the order, provide support, process refunds, maintain tax and accounting records, and prevent fraud. Full payment-card details should be handled by the payment provider, not stored by this website.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this landing page.
3. Why we use information
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website based on legitimate interests in providing a safe service.
- To respond to messages and privacy requests based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps requested before a contract.
- To process, deliver, support, and refund purchases because it is necessary to perform a contract.
- To keep tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal records where required by law or justified by legitimate interests.
- To send marketing only where separately permitted by law and, when required, with consent. This website currently has no marketing sign-up.
Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including order fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Hosting security logs should be configured for the shortest practical period. Messages that do not need to be retained should be deleted after the issue is resolved. Order records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards should be used. No internet service is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about the handling of your personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.
Submit a request to [email protected]. We may request proportionate information to verify the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.
7. Regional notices
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
You may complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal bases and transfer safeguards are described above. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made through this website.
United States
For residents of California and other US states with applicable privacy laws, the categories collected are identifiers, internet or network activity from infrastructure logs, commercial information, and correspondence. The purposes, sources, and recipient categories are described above. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. Because no such sale or sharing occurs, a Global Privacy Control signal does not need to change the website’s behaviour; it is consistent with our default practice.
Canada
You may request access or correction and challenge compliance with Canadian privacy principles. Consent may be withdrawn subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Privacy complaints should be sent to the privacy email above so they can be investigated and answered.
Australia
You may request access to or correction of personal information and submit a privacy complaint using the contact below. The complaint should be acknowledged and investigated within a reasonable period. Overseas processing locations must be identified when the actual service providers are selected.
8. Children
This product and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the landing page. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
9. Changes
This notice will be updated when the website’s data practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
